Developmental Editing
The Developmental Editing of a manuscript addresses big-picture elements such as plot, pacing, character development, theme, organization, and clarity.
This service always includes a FREE Discovery Call before finalising the booking: I want to learn about your book from you, to understand the vision of your story and make sure I stay on the same page as you.
I’ll then take some time to read your manuscript and express my feedback. This will include an Editorial Letter and in-manuscript comments that I will deliver into your inbox.
Once you are done revising my suggestions, and BEFORE jumping into the revision process and apply said suggestions to your manuscript, it’s time for another chat. This is the moment to ask any question or express any doubt about my notes. So, if you feel overwhelmed by my feedback, take a breath, I am not leaving you alone wandering in the dark, I am here to take your hand and guide you through the process.
Last, I offer one round of revision once you have applied my suggestion to your manuscript. If requested, more revisions can be arranged.
This service is ideal for the writers who are preparing for publishing or querying their book and seek professional feedback on the full or partial manuscript.

Extra calls and revisions are charged 60 euros and 75 euros each, they can be added at booking or later.

If you don’t feel like it’s time for a full developmental edit, but need some clarity over where your story is headed, or guidance on how to tackle self-editing after you are done with your manuscript, an evaluation may be the right choice for you!
A manuscript evaluation offers an in-depth, professional critique of your work’s overall structure and potential. This service focuses on big-picture elements such as plot, pacing, character development, world-building, narrative voice, and thematic cohesion.
You’ll receive a written report outlining what’s working, what needs improvement, and actionable suggestions to strengthen your story.
This is the ideal service for writers who are done with their manuscript but have no idea which step to take next, or those who are unsure where their story belongs on the market and need help to figure it out.
This service can include help with writing a blurb, an elevator pitch and help identifying genre and target audience.

Sometimes, you don’t need a full edit—you just need a good brainstorming chat to get you out of a rut.
In this focused 40-minute session, you get to “borrow my brain” to tackle the story problem that’s been bugging you.
Whether it’s a plot twist gone sideways, a character arc that needs heart, or just figuring out what comes next — we’ll find a way through, together. You’ll leave with fresh ideas, practical solutions, and a big boost of confidence.
All at a flat rate of 40€.
